Shipping policy

Currently orders only ship within Canada.

Cost of shipping is flat fee $12, and free on orders over $100 (before tax).  Packages are shipped out typically utilizing Canada Post, Purolator or Fedex, depending on cost and province of residence/remote location.  Carrier options are at the discretion of Tru North VInyl. If you are using a PO Box, Canada Post will be the carrier.

Orders received after 1pm on Saturdays will not ship out until the following Tuesday, due to closures/availability.

Tru North VInyl will do our very best to support customers with external shipping issues, if they should occur, however once an order leaves the premises we are unable to control its journey.  Issues may include poor weather, Covid 19 concerns and internal delays from the individual shipping company.  Please contact us at trunorthvinylstore@gmail.com to see what assistance we can provide.
